Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Beat shortening, sugar, pumpkin and egg in mixer until creamy. Mix together remaining ingredients.
Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture; mix well.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
