Wet And Good Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 large eggs
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stir together the oatmeal and boiling water and let sit for 10 minutes.
    Reserve 1/2 of the chocolate chips for the top of the cake.
    Add the rest of the chips and all of the remaining ingredients to the oatmeal mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Spread 1/2 of the chocolate chips on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, or approximately 35 minutes.
