Super Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
4 c. chicken bouillon
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
8 chicken thighs, skinned
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

In a large nonstick casserole, combine rice, chicken bouillon and mushrooms.
Place chicken on top.
Sprinkle dry onion soup over top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
