Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boned chicken breast
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 pt. low-fat sour cream
    1 can mushrooms
    jalapeno peppers
    flour tortillas, cut in triangles
    Cheddar cheese, grated
    margarine
Preparation
    Saute chicken breast in butter.
    Add cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
    Stir in chopped mushrooms and jalapeno peppers to taste.
