Chutney Glazed Cheese Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, softened and shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 to 2 c. chutney
    1 1/2 to 2 c. finely chopped green onion
Preparation
    In a bowl,
    beat
    together
    cheeses,
    curry powder, dry sherry and salt.
    Spread
    mixture\t1/2-inch thick on a serving dish. Cover and
    chill
    until
    firm.
    At serving time, spread top with chutney and sprinkle with finely chopped green onion. Serve with bland crackers.
    Serves 18.
