Rugalach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, sifted
    2 sticks butter, softened
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 egg yolk
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix together first four ingredients.
    Blend with hands and roll into 2 balls.
    Wrap balls and refrigerate overnight.
    Next day, combine sugar, cinnamon, and walnuts.
    Set aside.
    Roll out each dough ball to 1/4-inch thickness.
    Place dinner plate over dough and cut into large circle, using plate as a guide.
    Slice each circle into 8 pie slices.
    Place tablespoon of cinnamon-sugar mixture on large end of pie slice and roll.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
