Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn (No. 2 can)
2 beaten eggs
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 small can evaporated milk
Preparation

Take 10 to 12 crushed saltine crackers, not fine, but in chunks (about 2 handfuls).
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until cracker crumbs are moist but not dissolved.
It will look sloppy. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until set and slightly brown on edges and middle doesn't jiggle.
