Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Have prepared 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust.
Mix sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pie spice together with a fork.
Add eggs, beating well, then add milk.
Mix, then add pumpkin.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking until a knife blade inserted in the center of pie filling comes out clean.
Cool before cutting.
