Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. salad oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan coated with nonstick spray or margarine and floured.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped nuts for toasted effect instead of icing.
Nuts inside are optional.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack.
