Good Old Southern-Style Tasty Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can tomato paste
salt and pepper
several slices bread
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

In bowl, combine and mix well all ingredients for meat loaf except bread; then, saturate each slice of bread with water, squeeze water out and add to mixture in bowl, crumbling wet bread as you do so.
Mix all well again.
Pour this mixture into a meat loaf pan.
Bake for approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Take out and loosely cover with tin foil for about 30 minutes before slicing. (It seems to slice better and not fall apart this way.)
