Quiche Noel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 9-inch deep dish pie
    3/4 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch quiche dish or pie pan with pastry; trim excess pastry around edges.
    Prick bottom and sides of pastry with a fork.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes; remove from oven and gently prick with a fork.
    Bake 5 minutes longer; let cool on rack.
