The Red Heads Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 cubes)
3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, dipped and leveled
1/3 c. pecan pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch baking pan; set aside.
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt butter with chocolate over lowest heat setting, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sugar and vanilla.
Beat in eggs, then flour, then nuts.
Spread batter evenly in pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes until top is dull and barely set.
Cool in pan on rack to room temperature, then cut into squares.
