Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. hamburg
    1 large can whole tomatoes
    6 c. water
    6 beef bouillon cubes (more or less to taste)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. uncooked orzo
    1 1/2 c. frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion and garlic in a large saucepan over medium heat until brown, stirring to separate meat.
    Drain drippings.
