Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 yellow onion, chopped fine
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes in boiling water.
    Drain well. Combine soup, mayo, eggs, cheese, onion and salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix well; add broccoli.
    Spread in casserole dish (greased with Pam).
    Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with crushed Ritz crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
