Cheesy Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (1 c.)
2 beaten eggs
4 oz. process American cheese, diced (1 c.)
1 c. soft bread crumbs (1 1/4 slices)
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
Preparation

Cook vegetables in boiling water until tender.
Drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except meat.
Stir well.
Add meat and mix well.
Shape into loaf in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
