Butternut Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. butternut squash
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook, drain and mash squash.
    Add sugar, flour, margarine, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly and pour into greased casserole.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven. Marshmallows may be added and browned or serve squash with whipped topping.
