Lemon Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. boiling water
dash of salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. grated onion
small amount pimento and green pepper, chopped (for color)
Preparation

Mix jello, salt and water.
Cool slightly.
Add mayonnaise, cottage cheese, celery, onion, pimento and green pepper.
Let set until congealed.
