Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer, salted and peppered
    3/4 stick margarine
    1 c. rice (instant)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    diced onions
Preparation
    Melt margarine in roaster.
    Add onions and saute until slightly brown.
    Sprinkle rice over it.
    Lay chicken over rice. Mix soup and water; pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
