Fluffy Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Place eggs in a bowl and add sugar, mustard, vinegar, water and salt.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into a double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Blend in butter and horseradish. Cool thoroughly. Fold in whipped cream. Serve with warm meat.
    Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving.
