Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded squash
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cooking oil
    3 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 c. walnuts
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Blend in dry ingredients.
    Stir in 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup raisins or 1 cup nuts or 1 cup raisins.
    Bake in 2 (5 x 8-inch) loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool 20 minutes on rack before removing from pan.
