Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix
flour,
white
sugar,
Wesson oil, brown sugar and salt. Take out 1 cup mixture to crumble on top of cake.
Then add
egg, buttermilk,
soda,
pecans and vanilla to the first mixture.
Mix well
and pour in greased and floured pan.
Then sprinkle the 1 cup
of
mixture
you took out before on top of the cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
