Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix sugar and margarine.
    Add egg.
    Mix sour milk and baking soda.
    Add to sugar-margarine-egg mixture along with flour and vanilla.
    Mix in rhubarb.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch baking pan for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with sugar five minutes before removing from oven.
