Skillet Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. miniature marshmallows or 3 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunk-style peanut butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In electric skillet, combine sugar, cream and butter; set control at 280\u00b0.
    Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Turn off.
    Beat.
    Stir marshmallows and peanut butter in until melted and blended.
    Pour into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Makes about 2 pounds.
