Chiffon Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, beat egg whites with 1/3 cup sugar until thick and glossy but not stiff.
    Set aside. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Add milk, oil, vanilla and egg yolks.
    Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
    Scrape bowl frequently.
    Fold or stir egg whites into batter until well blended.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 8-inch layer cake pans.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 to 20 minutes before removing from pans.
