Blueberry Banana Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can blueberries
1 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 large bananas
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Drain blueberries.
Mix cornstarch and sugar.
Add to juice. Cook until thickens, stirring constantly.
Remove from fire and add butter and lemon juice. Add berries.
Cool.
Cut 1/2 banana into small pieces and add to berry mixture.
Line baked pie crust, sides and bottom with rounds of bananas.
Pour cooled mixture over crust.
Refrigerate.
Top with whipped cream.
