Skinny Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. blueberries
    3 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute to equal 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow 2-quart casserole. Fork blend the biscuit mix and skim milk.
    Spoon on top of blueberry mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
