Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deboned chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Ro-Tel
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large bag Doritos
1 onion
Preparation

Debone chicken in large casserole dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add diced onion and Velveeta cheese.
Crush Doritos and sprinkle on the chicken mixture.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and Ro-Tel.
Pour over the ingredients already in dish.
Sprinkle remaining chips on top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
