"Award Winning" Snow Covered Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box chocolate cake mix
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 (3.5 oz.) can coconut flakes (optional)
    1 (16 oz.) can vanilla frosting
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with shortening, butter, or margarine.
    Beat cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds.
    Beat on medium speed 2 minutes or 299 strokes by hand.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Check with toothpick.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
    Frost completely.
    Add coconut flakes (optional).
