Doves Or Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 doves or quail
real butter
2 chicken bouillon cubes, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. water
mushrooms
parsley flakes
4 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

Brown doves or quail in real butter after salting and flouring. Add bouillon cubes, dissolved in water.
Add mushrooms and parsley flakes.
Put game back in and simmer until tender.
Add sherry 10 minutes before serving.
Serve over rice.
Don't cook too long.
