Great Grandma Amiot'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    sugar for rolling
Preparation
    Cream shortening, sugar and spices.
    Add egg and molasses. Stir in dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Make into small balls, roll in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
