Celia'S Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can consomme
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar honey
    6 to 8 cloves garlic
    1 regular size bottle soy sauce
    6 to 8 lb. pork spareribs
Preparation
    Have the butcher crack the ribs at 2-inch intervals.
    Cut ribs into 2-inch pieces.
    Marinate the ribs, best overnight.
    Set oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Take ribs out of marinade and roast for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste with marinade frequently.
    Turn up oven for the last few minutes to crisp the ribs.
