Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped seeded tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet.
Add cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion, tomatoes, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until cabbage is tender, but still crisp.
Serves 6.
