Sunday Dinner Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 9 cubed beefsteaks
    1 can mushrooms with liquid
    1 medium oinon, sliced thin
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can beef gravy or lean mushroom gravy
    1 gravy can water
Preparation
    Dredge steak in flour and pepper.
    Brown lightly on both sides in oil.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle dry soup mix over top.
    Cover with mushrooms and liquid.
    Add a layer of sliced onions.
    Pour can of gravy that has been mixed with water over the top.
    Do not stir.
