Museli Morning Bread Or Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. Museli cereal mix
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix together sugar, milk, oil, eggs and almond extract.
Set aside.
In another bowl, mix together flour, Museli cereal mixture, baking powder and salt.
Now pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients; mix well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Or spoon into greased muffin tins and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
