Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped onion
12 c. bread cubes
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dried sage
1 tsp. pepper
poultry seasoning to taste
Preparation

Melt butter in skillet and cook onion and celery until tender. Place bread and seasonings in a large bowl and pour butter mixture over, mixing gently.
For dry stuffing, add little or no liquid.
For moister stuffing, add broth to moisten crumbs.
Cool. Place in bird when ready to bake.
Enough for 12 pound turkey.
