Chocolate Mint Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
8 drops green coloring
24 small chocolate covered mint patties
1 cup chocolate chips
prepared chocolate frosting
Preparation

Mix cake mix and pudding mix.
Add eggs, water and oil; mix well.
Add flavoring and coloring; mix.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
Do not underbake.
