Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. lemon Jello
1 small pkg. lime Jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add pineapple, let stand in refrigerator until it begins to get firm. Remove and beat with mixer or by hand. Add the rest of the ingredients and put into mold. When firm you may place on lettuce leaves. This makes a delicious and large amount.
