Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion chopped
    1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
    1 clove garlic or powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. fennel seed
    2 tsp. sweet basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    2 cans (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
    8 oz. tomato paste
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion, add ground beef, garlic, and spices.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add tomatoes that have been mashed lightly and tomato paste.
    Simmer another 20 minutes.
    Cook noodles according to directions.
