Veal Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
    3 1/2 lb. boneless veal shoulder or shank, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    5 c. canned chicken broth (three 13 oz. cans)
    3 Tbsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. commercial sour cream
Preparation
    Saute bacon pieces with veal shoulder or shank and onion until meat and onions are golden brown.
    Add canned chicken broth, paprika and salt.
    Cover and simmer slowly until veal is tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
