Smoky Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can red salmon
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. prepared white horseradish
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Drain salmon; remove bones and flake with a fork.
    In medium bowl or processor, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish, liquid smoke and salt.
    Mix well.
    Gently mix in salmon and form into a ball.
    Wrap in plastic wrap; chill until firm, about 1 hour or up to 2 days.
    Before serving, combine pecans and parsley and coat salmon ball with mixture.
