Jelly Roll Pan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 small box chocolate instant pudding
Preparation
    Mix together butter, oil, water and buttermilk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add eggs, vanilla, sugar, flour, cocoa and chocolate pudding.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
