Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled and diced potatoes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. water
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
    2 chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, celery and onion with the water until tender. Stir and dissolve the chicken bouillon and butter in potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Mix flour and sour cream together and add to potatoes. Stir until thick. Serve with shredded cheese and bacon bits.
