Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello and 1 1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 can corned beef, chopped
1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
Preparation

Dissolve jello in water; add dressing, mustard and horseradish.
Pour mixture into a shallow pan.
Chill in freezer until mixture is firm around the edges.
It should be soft in center.
Empty into bowl and beat until fluffy.
Fold in rest of ingredients.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan for squares or large mold.
Refrigerate until firm.
