Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
3 eggs
1 c. oil
Preparation

In a large bowl stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, soda, zucchini, nuts and raisins.
In another bowl beat eggs and oil.
Pour over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, invert on rack, turn top side up and cool completely.
Doubles well.
