Cottage Cheese Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. soft whole wheat bread crumbs (1 slice)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. parsley
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, bread crumbs, flour, 1/3 cup parsley, onion, butter and salt.
    Beat eggs for 5 minutes.
    Pour cottage cheese mix over eggs and fold to combine.
    Pour mix in ungreased 5 to 6-cup souffle casserole dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour until knife comes out clean.
