Baked Chicken Reuben - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
1-16 oz can sauerkraut, drain and press out liquid
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 1/4 C bottled thousand island dressing
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation

In greased pan, place chicken and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing evenly over cheese.
