Plain Ole' Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
12 eggs
1/2 pt. sweet pickle relish
1/3 qt. light mayonnaise
1 large chopped onion (1 lb.)
2 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 large bell pepper
3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Boil and peel 12 eggs.
While eggs are boiling, bake 5 pounds of potatoes in microwave.
While potatoes are baking, chop onion and put in large bowl.
Chop bell pepper and celery and add.
Put in remaining ingredients.
After potatoes are baked, peel and add to bowl.
Add eggs.
Serves 15 to 20 people.
