Lavosh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flour
    1/2 oz. salt
    3 oz. butter
    8 oz. water
    1/2 oz. sugar
    pinch of cayenne pepper
    1/4 oz. compressed yeast
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl with dough hook until all is incorporated.
    Place dough on floured sheet pan.
    Chill and rest dough at least 3 hours.
    The dough needs to be firm and cold to roll.
    Prepare garnish in pan.
    Cover dough with garnish.
    Roll floured dough until paper thin.
    Cut and place on dry sheet pan. Brush excess flour off and cut into desired serving size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
    Best served warm with butter.
