Ann'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
    salt
    garlic salt
    onion salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and mash as usual.
    Mix mashed potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream.
    Add salt, garlic salt and onion salt to taste.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 to 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0. Sprinkle paprika, if desired, or grate cheese on top.
