Lone Star Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. stew meat
    1 stick oleo
    1 bottle chili catsup
    1/2 small bottle red hot sauce
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 box brown sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 bottle liquid smoke
    1 small jar mustard
    1 large onion, diced
Preparation
    Cook meat until tender and pull apart into small pieces.
    Mix together all other ingredients and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Add meat and simmer 15 to 30 minutes.
    You may freeze this too. Serves 10 to 12 people.
